The first national offshore entrepreneurship base for overseas professionals in Guangzhou was officially launched on Jan 13 in China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City (CSGKC).

At the launch ceremony, the CSGKC branch of the Huangpu Overseas Returned Scholars Association was inaugurated, partners of the national offshore entrepreneurship base for overseas professionals were awarded, and four enterprises signed strategic cooperation agreements.
