In recent years, Guangzhou has continued to promote the construction of "pocket parks," which provide people with places to relax and rest.

There is a "pocket park" in the Mazhuangxiang community on Hongqiao Street in Yuexiu district.

People can enjoy leisurely walks here. The park also has a corridor to provide shelter from wind and rain, as well as a library.

In the past, it was an empty lot of land that had been idle for nearly 20 years. In 2020, the community upgraded the environment of the land, and it has since become a popular place in the local community.

Completed in January this year, Yongxing Pier Pocket Park is the first outdoor smart gym in Haizhu district. It has a physical fitness theme and covers an area of about 700 square meters. It has more than 10 kinds of intelligent sports facilities to satisfy people's leisure and exercise needs.

Yingxi Park is located in Taihe town, Baiyun district, covering an area of about 7,600 sq m.

The park has a reasonable layout and comprehensive functions. It not only boasts children's amusement facilities but also has two small squares set up that are equipped with fitness equipment and leisure benches.

The park has also set up more than 100 car, electric vehicle, and electric bicycle parking places, which is convenient for the public.
