According to the COVID-19 Response Plan (Version No. 9) issued by the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council and in light of the epidemic situation in Panyu District, we hereby adjust controlled area and COVID-19 control and prevention measures as follows:

I. Dawei Village, Dashi Subdistrict has been adjusted from a low-risk zone to a medium-risk zone. Residents are prohibited to leave their community and shall collect goods on a staggered schedule.

II. All kindergartens, primary and middle schools in Dashi Subdistrict shall suspend their return to school and in-person classes, and all training institutions shall suspend in-person classes. Nurseries and childcare institutions shall suspend their services.

Teachers and students who have been living in Dashi Subdistrict since August 29 shall not return to school if their schools are located outside Dashi Subdistrict.

III. All catering service providers (drink shops, snack shops, breakfast shops) in Nancun Town, Luopu, Zhongcun and Shibi Subdistricts shall continue to suspend the provision of dining-in service in the hall. Group dining activities are strictly forbidden (including banquets held at home).

All catering service providers (drink shops, snack shops, breakfast shops) in Dashi Subdistrict shall continue to suspend the provision of dining-in service. They can only provide on-site food collection service or takeaway service through online or phone orders.

IV. Starting from 00:00 September 5, low-risk zones in Panyu District (Nancun Town, Dashi, Luopu, Zhongcun and Shibi Subdistricts) can travel with a negative PCR test result obtained within 48 hours. Regular COVID-19 control and prevention measures shall resume in the remaining towns and subdistricts.

V. Other COVID-19 control and prevention measures will be continued in accordance with the stipulations published in Panyu District COVID-19 Control and Prevention Notification No. 31 and No. 32.
