Baiyun District issued a notice today reminding people who have been to key sites like Zhuyi Village of Zhongluotan town to report to their community (village) immediately and take PCR tests twice in three days. 

Meanwhile, the district also announced to conduct COVID-19 testing on all residents and visitors in Zhongluotan town, Renhe town, Sanyuanli, Jingtai, Huangshi, Tangjing, Xinshi, and Yuncheng subdistricts on August 23.

Emergency! Report Immediately If You Have Been to the Following Places

Due to the requirements of COVID-19 control and prevention, you need to report to the local community (village) immediately, monitor your health condition, take the PCR testing two times within 3 days and follow the safety protocols as required if you have been to the following key sites during time frames specified below. The list of key sites is shown in the table below and will be updated on a rolling basis following the latest developments in the epidemiological situation.

For all residents, please stay updated with the COVID-19 control and prevention measures  launched by Baiyun District, properly protect yourself and monitor your health. Once you develop any COVID-19 symptoms such as fever, dry cough, or reduced sense of smell and taste, go to the nearest fever clinic immediately and tell your healthcare provider truthfully about your condition and recent travel history. As the COVID-19 containment measures are still in place, we ask you to strictly implement COVID-19 control and prevention requirements and actively support reporting, epidemiological investigation, and PCR testing.

Notification of Mandatory COVID-19 Testing in Some Subdistricts on August 23

According to the latest local COVID-19 situation, Baiyun District will conduct COVID-19 testing on all residents and visitors in Zhongluotan town, Renhe town, Sanyuanli, Jingtai, Huangshi, Tangjing, Xinshi, and Yuncheng subdistricts on August 23. We hereby notify you of the details as follow:

1. Testing Scope: All residents and visitors Zhongluotan town, Renhe town, Sanyuanli, Jingtai, Huangshi, Tangjing, Xinshi, and Yuncheng subdistricts.

2. To avoid large crowds and long queues, please follow the instructions of the village (community) committee staff and take the test in your allocated time slot at the designated site. This testing is universal and should cover every household and every individual.

3. Please wear a mask, bring your mobile phone and get your Guangdong COVID-19 Testing (Yuehesuan) QR code ready for a faster on-site verification process. Senior residents and minors who do not have a smartphone may get a QR code on their family members' devices.

4. If you have a yellow health code or have received a text message from CDC, please go to the testing site for yellow code holders.

5. Please follow a social distance of one meter. Stay in queues, and do not gather. Follow the staff's instructions while you enter and exit the testing site.

6. If you have taken a COVID-19 vaccination shot within 48 hours, please do not take the test until it's 48 hours later. Please report this to your community staff.

7. Please refrain from traveling or attending group activities before the test results come out. If you have a fever or other symptoms, please visit a nearby fever clinic immediately.

Failure to participate in the testing will bring you considerable inconvenience to life. You will be held legally liable if any serious consequence is caused. To protect yourself and others, please cooperate with us to ensure efficient testing.
