Starting from June 28, Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport will adjust all international departure services, including check-in, security screening and customs clearance, to its Terminal 2 (T2).

Passengers can enter the terminal via Gate No 44 and No 46 on the third floor and the ground traffic centre (GTC) entrance. They will be required to have their temperature checked and present a green health code, proof of identity and flight information to gain access.

International check-in service will be available only at K and M check-in areas of Terminal 2.

Passengers are reminded to check the boarding requirements with their airlines and the COVID-19 control policies of their destinations before departure.

Those who go to Terminal 1 (T1) by mistake can reach Terminal 2 (T2) by metro or the free shuttle bus at Gate 10.
