The Greater Bay Area shares similar cultural roots and complementary advantages, which is a great advantage for the joint construction of a "literary Greater Bay Area."
Youth representatives from Hong Kong and Macao also shared their reading experiences and thoughts at the event.
They said that they believe that reading always provides people the opportunity to gain new knowledge, empowering them for growth and transformation. Furthermore, people can think about things in more diversified ways through reading, which makes them more peaceful when they confront difficulties.
