As of 24:00 April 19, 2022, a total of 5,365 positive cases have been reported in the city. These include 2,586 confirmed cases (1,808 imported cases and 778 local cases) and 2,779 asymptomatic cases (2,529 imported cases and 250 local cases).

The 1st patient is a 6-year-old Chinese girl who lives on Wuyue 3rd Lane, Hengjiao Village, Tongde Subdistrict, Baiyun District. She was identified as an asymptomatic case on April 18 and has now been diagnosed as a confirmed case.

The 2nd patient is a 2-year-old Chinese girl who lives in Dagang Village, Baiyunhu Subdistrict, Baiyun District. She was identified as an asymptomatic case on April 18 and has now been diagnosed as a confirmed case.

The 3rd patient is a 65-year-old Chinese man who lives in Xiangjing Garden, Huangshi Subdistrict, Baiyun District. He was identified as an asymptomatic case on April 12 and has now been diagnosed as a confirmed case.

The 4th patient is a 42-year-old Chinese man.

The 5th patient is a 31-year-old Chinese woman.

The 6th patient is a 41-year-old Chinese man.

The 7th patient is a 7-year-old Chinese boy.

The 8th patient is a 3-year-old Chinese boy.

The 9th patient is a 4-year-old Chinese girl.

The 10th patient is a 5-year-old Chinese boy.

The 4th-10th patients all live in Dagang Village, Baiyunhu Subdistrict, Baiyun District, and were found among quarantined close contacts.

The 11th patient is a 7-year-old Chinese girl.

The 12th patient is a 9-year-old Chinese girl.

The 11th and 12th patients both live in Xiangjing Garden, Huangshi Subdistrict, Baiyun District, and were found among quarantined close contacts.

The 13th patient is a 37-year-old Chinese man.

The 14th patient is a 79-year-old Chinese woman.

The 13th and 14th patients both live in Dagang Village, Baiyunhu Subdistrict, Baiyun District, and were detected in the lockdown zone.

All patients have been transferred to Guangzhou No. 8 People's Hospital for quarantine and treatment.
