In order to implement all epidemic prevention and control measures in a strict, targeted and concrete manner so as to reduce the risks of infection spread brought by crowding of people, the COVID-19 control and prevention measures in key sites in Huadu District will continue to be strengthened as follows:
1. All the enclosed and semi-enclosed venues in the district, including entertainment venues (KTV, Karaoke, dance halls and recreation halls), bars, internet bars, cinemas, chess and poker rooms, mahjong halls, billiard halls, escape game rooms, foot massage centers, massage parlors and bath centers,etc., will continue to be closed.
2. In the enclosed and semi-enclosed venues in the district, including indoors sports venues (gyms and indoor swimming pools), indoor attractions, theatres, cultural centers, libraries and museums, etc., the following measures shall be strictly implemented: scanning health codes, checking travel cards, taking temperatures, wearing masks and limiting the number of entrants to 50% of full capacity.
3. The catering service providers in lockdown, partial lockdown and restricted zones can only resume business and dine-in services after the epidemic prevention and control measures are lifted. The catering service providers (including drink shops, snack shops and breakfast diners) in the other areas will be able to resume dine-in services from April 20. All catering providers shall strictly implement measures such as temperature taking, codes scanning and travel cards checking, etc.
4. All the special venues ( facilities under the supervision of the public security and judicial systems, welfare institutions, elderly care institutions, aid facilities, psychiatric institutions, maternal and infant care homes, religious venues and rehabilitation facilities) in the district will be put under fully closed-off management. People are not allowed to enter and exit the above venues and in-person visiting will be suspended. Large events such as large-scale conferences, training, performances, exhibitions and promotions and mass activities such as park tours, folk customs events and square dancing, etc. shall be strictly restricted.
5. Key sites in the district such as wholesale markets, farmers' markets and shopping malls (including supermarkets), the following measures shall be strictly implemented to reduce crowding: scanning health codes, checking travel cards, taking temperatures, wearing masks and staggering entries, etc.
The first and second measures in this notification will be implemented from April 20 to 24 and dynamically adjusted according to the situation afterwards. We urge all residents to keep vigilant to the risk of infection and continue to protect themselves properly in the daily life and comply with the relevant prevention and control measures.
