To ensure people's health and safety in the current situation, the COVID-19 control and prevention measures in key sites in Huadu District will be strengthened as follows:

1. All closed and semi-closed venues in the district, including internet bars, entertainment venues (KTV, Karaoke, dance halls and recreation halls), cinemas, gyms, indoor swimming pools, bars, billiard halls, theatres, libraries, chess and poker rooms, mahjong halls, escape game rooms, foot massage centers, massage parlors, bath centers, indoor attractions, museums, as well as all training institutions (including nurseries and childcare centers) will be temporarily closed until April 19.

2. All catering service providers (including drinks shops, snack shops, breakfast shops, etc.) in lockdown and partial lockdown zones will be temporarily closed, while those outside these areas will suspend dine-in services for 5 days from April 15 to April 19 and only provide food takeout and delivery. Cafeterias of organizations (including those of public institutions, schools, factories, construction sites, enterprises, etc.) shall put in place safety measures such as temperature checks, code scanning, travel card presenting at entrances, staggered dining schedules, visitor number control, one-way seating, barrier setting, and food takeout.

3. Key sites such as wholesale markets, farmer's markets and shopping malls (including supermarkets) shall strictly implement such measures as code scanning, travel card inspection, temperature check, mask requirement and visitor number control, etc. to reduce gathering.

4. Special venues (including public security and judicial supervision facilities, welfare institutions, elderly care institutions, rescue management organizations, mental health institutions, maternal and child healthcare centers, religious activity venues, and rehabilitation institutions) are subject to fully closed management. No entry and exit are allowed and family visits are suspended. All types of events including large-scale conferences, trainings, shows, exhibitions, promotions, and other mass activities such as park tours, folk customs events and square dancing shall be strictly restricted. 

The above measures will be dynamically adjusted. Please stay alert, practice good personal protection and comply with epidemic control and prevention and measures.
