Given the current epidemic situation and the results of comprehensive assessments, the lockdown and partial lockdown zones have been adjusted as follows:

1. New Lockdown Zones: 5-3 Xiyue 2nd Lane and its neighborhood (32 buildings in total) of Tangchong Village, Xinshi Street, and 1008 Sanyuanli Avenue (Hongyinghui Mansion). Residents shall undergo mandatory home quarantine and will undergo regular PCR tests. Necessary services and goods will be delivered to their doorsteps.

2. New Partial Lockdown Zones: Huangshi Garden Community and Jiangxia Village. People can enter but not exit the zone. Deliveries must be collected on a staggered schedule.

3. To improve the transportation structure and ensure smooth traffic flow on main roads, the partial lockdown zones of Baiyun District (as described in Notice No. 32 of the Guangzhou Municipal COVID-19 Control and Prevention Command) have been divided into 14 sections (by main roads) for ease of management:

(1) Huangshi East Road – Yuncheng West Road – Qifu Road – Jichang Road;

(2) Qifu Road – Yuncheng East Road – Yuncheng Middle 1st Road – Yuncheng West Road;

(3) Qifu Road – Yuncheng West Road – Yuncheng Middle 1st Road – Yuncheng East Road – Qixin Road – Yunxiao Road – Jichang Road;

(4) Yunxiao Road – Qixin Road – Yuncheng East Road – Jichang Road;

(5) Jinxin Road – Baiyun Avenue South – Guangyuan Middle Road – Songbai East Street – Ping'an Street – Yuncheng East Road;

(6) Dajinzhong Road – Guangyuan Middle Road – Baiyun Avenue South;

(7) Ping'an Street – Songbai East Street – Guangyuan Middle Road – Jichang Road – Yuncheng East Road;

(8) Guangyuan West Road – Jichang Road – Guangyuan Middle Road;

(9) Huayuan Road – Guangyuan West Road – Sanyuanli Avenue;

(10) Guangyuan Middle Road – Jichang Road – Sanyuanli Avenue – Guangyuan West Road;

(11) Guangyuan Middle Road – Xiatang West Road – Guihua Road – Jiefang North Road – Jichang Road;

(12) Sanyuan Avenue – Jiefang North Road – Beijing-Guangzhou Railway – Yuexi North Road – Xicha Road – Dekang Road;

(13) Sanyuanli Avenue – Huayuan Road – Guangyuan West Road – Jichang Road;

(14) Huangshi West Road – Jichang Road – Sanyuanli Avenue – Dekang Road – Shicha Road – Shigui Road;

4. The lockdown and partial lockdown zones described in Notice No. 32 shall be subject to the original schedules, and the new adjustments herein will take effect from the issue date of this notice. These measures will be dynamically adjusted according to changes in the COVID-19 situation. Residents of lockdown and partial lockdown zones shall comply with safety protocols and local arrangements, stay informed on official announcements, and monitor their health. Please, keep calm and optimistic, and avoid listening to and/or passing on rumors. Businesses and public institutions are urged to support their employees under quarantine and guide them to work from home as appropriate.

Relevant mechanisms have been put in place to ensure sufficient supplies of daily necessities. Residents may rest assured and wait at home for further updates. If any abnormal symptoms, such as dry throat or fever are observed, please report to the local community immediately.
