On the evening of March 31, Huadu district issued the Notice of Huadu District COVID-19 Control and Prevention Command (No 22), requiring tightened control measures on the area encircled by Huadu Avenue in the south, Huafeng Road in the north, Bai'er Refrigeratory in the east, and Huadong Market 1st Street in the west. Given the current COVID-19 situation and for our residents' health and safety, starting from the time of issuance of this notice, the area encircled by Huadu Avenue in the south, Huafeng Road in the north, Bai'er Refrigeratory in the east, and Huadong Market 1st Street in the west will be subject to the following management measures:

1. These management measures will be in place for seven days and maybe adjusted dynamically according to the changing epidemic situations. In these seven days, three universal COVID-19 testings will be performed in the management area.

2. All catering venues, wholesale markets (excluding farmer's markets), and enclosed facilities, such as karaoke bars, cinemas, gyms, indoor swimming pools, bars, and bath centers, will be temporarily closed. All educational training institutions (including childcare facilities) must suspend their on-site services. A certain number of well-ventilated supermarkets and farmer's markets will remain open, and their staff must wear masks properly during service and must not leave the management area.

3. Residents are not allowed to leave the management area. They will need to show their travel vouchers when leaving home for shopping, collecting deliveries, or taking tests according to the prescribed time slots. This will ensure such trips are made on a staggered schedule.
