Many adolescents from Hong Kong and Macao have been attracted by Nansha's opening and creative environment, so they chose it as a place to settle in and do business.

A young man from Hong Kong saw Nansha was hiring officials from Hong Kong and Macao by chance. He was very interested and applied without hesitation.

Hong Kong and Macao young people like us enjoy a series of employment, living, and transportation subsidies in Nansha district, so that we can pursue our dreams without worries, he said.

Nansha is a place of both opportunities and challenges. It is a place where many young people from Hong Kong and Macao can realize their ideals and values in life, according to an adolescent from Macao.

Nearly 2,000 students from Hong Kong and Macao have been promoted to conduct internship exchanges in Nansha since 2016.

For talents from Hong Kong and Macao, Nansha has launched 30 policies and measures for youth innovation in Nansha, Hong Kong, and Macao. In 2020, Nansha gave out nearly 3 million yuan ($470,000) to Hong Kong and Macao youth to carry out their entrepreneurship enterprises.
