Dear residents,

Everyone has a responsibility to curb the spread of COVID-19. Huadu district conducted a district-wide universal COVID-19 testing from Dec 16 to 17, and all results came back negative. According to the requirements of the Guangzhou municipality and the current epidemic situation, we have decided to conduct a second round of testing on residents living in Xinhua and Xinya streets, starting from 13:00 on Dec 18. The details are as follows:

1. Includes: Xiuquan community, Jinlian community, Hongzhu community, and Guanghua community (partial) on Xinhua Street; Qingbu village, Guangtang village, southern part of Tuanjie village, and Hehe community on Xinya Street. 

2. All residents should follow the instructions of staff members at their local village or community committee, and arrive at the designated testing site in an orderly manner. The testing should include every individual in the above-mentioned areas. To prevent crowds and long queues, please do not go to the testing site before you are notified to do so.

3. Please log in to the "Kuihua Code" platform on WeChat in advance to update your personal information. Take a screenshot of the QR code generated by the system and save it to your phone for a faster on-site verification process. Senior citizens and minors who do not have a smart phone may get a QR code on their family members' devices.

4. You will need to bring your ID card and present your "Yuekang Code" and "Sample Collection Information QR Code" at the testing site. Please keep your mask on at all times, keep a distance of at least 1 meter from others, and refrain from talking and gathering.

5. Residents who have received a COVID-19 vaccination within the past 48 hours do not need to participate in the testing; those who have a vaccine appointment should complete the test before vaccination. Please refrain from traveling or attending group activities before your test result comes back. If you have a fever or other symptoms, please visit a nearby fever clinic immediately.

Should you fail to get tested, you will be held legally liable for any serious consequences. To protect yourself and others, please cooperate with us to ensure efficient testing.
