The Guangzhou section of the 2021 China-CEEC Children's Environmental Painting Online Exhibition ended successfully, local media outlets reported on Nov 30.

The organizing committee of the Guangzhou section had received more than 12,000 pieces of artworks by Oct 24, and 1,200 of the submissions shined bright enough to be honored by the organizing committee of the online exhibition.

Art forms such as plane paintings, three-dimensional handiworks and painted ceramics were mainly submitted by Guangzhou children, which showcased Guangzhou's efforts in the development of environmental protection.

The online exhibition has now received over 160,000 paintings from children from 12 countries including China, Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania and Greece to further promote the popularization of environmental protection among children.
