From Aug 21, all passengers arriving at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport from Shanghai Pudong Airport are required to take a nucleic acid test on site as well as a green health code and temperature check after landing.

Passengers are free to return home after finishing the nucleic acid test and are advised to register on the WeChat mini program named 华助手 (Hua Zhu Shou) in advance.

Passengers should cooperate with airport staff in information registration and testing. Please wear masks and practice safe social distancing at all times.

Flights from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport will not be affected, and the actual process will remain unchanged.

Guidance on how to use the mini-program 华助手:

Step 1: Scan the following QR code with WeChat to enter the mini program.

Step 2: Choose 信息登记 (Xin Xi Deng Ji) on the homepage to fill in personal information.

Step 3: Choose the blue boxes for intelligent automatic identification or manually enter the information.

A. Click 证件类型 (ID type) to choose your valid ID;

B. Fill in the following information and then click to submit.

Step 4: After submission, there will be a QR code. Present the QR code to the registry staff to link the code.
