According to the "Notice of the Guangzhou COVID-19 Control and Prevention Command Center on Adjusting Differentiated Risk-based Measures" (No. 20), and in light of the current situation in our district, Control and Prevention measures in the lockdown and partially lockdown areas of Dashi Street will be made as follows:

1. Measures will be tightened in the lockdown areas of House No. 6 of Xixing Street, Daxing Village, Dashi Street; Hexing Farm, Yanjiang Middle Road; No. 3 House, No. 4 Lane, Xinnan Street, Beilian Village; the residential areas of Team 1 and Team 3 of Daxing Village, Dashi Street (East of Shiziyong, south of Dashi Waterway, West of Culture Square and Gangxi Road, north of Haidi Road); partially lockdown area of the East of Dashi Street Culture Square and Gangdong Road, south of Dashi Waterway, West of Jufang Garden and Lifang Garden, north of Chaoyang West Road:

(1) Access control. Security check will be installed at the entrance and exit of the neighborhood 24/7. The Control and Prevention measures including temperature check, ID check, health code check must be imposed and masks must be kept on. Residents of the neighborhood shall enter and exit by presenting valid documentation. No visitors will be allowed into the area.

(2) Tightened measures at public places. All kinds of public cultural venues and enclosed commercial spaces (cinemas, theaters, karaoke bars, bars, hairdressing and bathing places etc.), and farmers markets, wholesale markets will continue to be closed. All kinds of gathering activities are prohibited. Catering services, pharmacies, shopping malls, supermarkets, hotels and other business establishments are permitted to reopen in an orderly manner under the premise of strict implementation of temperature check, health code check, and a limited reception capacity. All related records must be kept. Dine-in services are prohibited.

(3) Traffic control. Apart from vehicles shipping supplies, emergency rescue vehicles, and disease control vehicles and staff operating vehicles, no other vehicle or people shall enter or exit.

2. Residents under home quarantine in the above-mentioned areas must stay at home and strictly implement Control and Prevention measures such as using door sensors and symptom monitoring.

3. Residents in the above-mentioned areas should closely monitor their health. Residents are required to report their health through "Suikang" on Wechat every day. If the residents have any of the following symptoms: fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, weaker sense of smell (taste), diarrhea, they should report to the neighborhood immediately and seek medical help at nearby fever clinics. Residents should wear masks and practice social distancing of 1 meter when going out. Residents should avoid visiting others or gatherings.

The above-mentioned Control and Prevention measures will be in force for 7days, and will be adjusted in due course upon evaluation.

This notice shall come into force on the date of issuance.
