On June 14, Guangzhou COVID-19 Prevention and Control Command Center approved the lifting of lockdown and controlled management of 11 areas in 5 districts: Haizhu, Tianhe, Baiyun, Huangpu and Panyu. 

They are:

Nanzhou Mingyuan residence, Ruibao Street (2 areas: Buildings A, B, C and other areas of the residence); Zhonghai Xiangyuan residence, Shayuan Street (2 areas: Building H1; Buildings H2, H3 and H4); South Campus of Guangzhou Light Industry Technician College; Wushan Campus of GAC University and Guangzhou Greenview Landscape Design Co., Ltd. (Zhujiang New Town) in Tianhe District; Guangzhou Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. in Baiyun District; Guangzhou Baiyunshan Zhongyi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in Huangpu District; and the East District of Jinxiu Peninsula residence, Luopu Street, Panyu District (2 areas: Building 17 and other areas that are not under controlled management).

According to Notices No.15 and 16 from Guangzhou COVID-19 Prevention and Control Command Center, Guangzhou placed some streets (areas) under lockdown or controlled management. To ensure targeted and effective COVID-19 prevention and control, based on the progress of actual work, the Command Center issues Notice No.20 on June 14 to orderly release the lockdown and controlled areas in a differentiated and batch-by-batch manner. After assessment and submitting to the original decision-making organization for approval according to the procedures, communities (villages) meeting the following conditions could be lifted from the lockdown or controlled management:

In the lockdown or controlled areas, after the implementation of all prevention and control measures, there has been no new infection cases for 14 consecutive days and after at least three rounds of universal PCR tests, including one round of testing completed within 24 hours before the lift with all negative results;

All close contacts have been effectively controlled;

All persons who have been to the key sites of the controlled areas with a "yellow Health Code" have received PCR tests as required, and the results were all negative;

The results of all environmental nucleic acid tests were negative. After the lifting, other COVID-19 prevention and control measures shall continue to be implemented.
