Guangzhou Municipal Health Commission reported that there were 4 newly confirmed local Covid-19 cases and 2 imported cases, 2 patients have recovered and been discharged from hospital in Guangzhou from 0:00 to 24:00 on June 13, 2021.

All the four new patients were close contacts of people who tested positive earlier and had been placed in quarantine.

As of 24:00 June 13, 2021, there are a total of 864 confirmed imported cases and 516 confirmed domestic cases (including imported related cases). A total of 1,218 patients have recovered and been discharged from hospital, and 1 patient died from the disease. Total Covid-19 hospitalizations are at 161.

From 0:00 to 24:00 June 13th, 2021, ten new imported asymptomatic cases were added.
