In accordance with the principles of Guangzhou COVID-19 Prevention and Control Center's notification No.13, No.15, and No.16, to further enhance Nansha District's efforts in the accurate prevention and control COVID-19, to rapidly and effectively curb the spread of COVID-19, and to practically safeguard people's safety and health, we hereby notify arrangements about COVID-19 prevention and control work as follows:

1. Lockdown will be imposed in Jia'an Garden Zhujiang Street (see attachment 1 for the details of administrative measures). Residents must stay at home. Residents must not leave their homes.

2. Impose restrictive measures in areas east of Zhujiang Street Lingxing Avenue, south of Gongye Road Alley One, north of Liuyong, and Building 20 of Nansha Street Yuexiu Binhai New Town (see attachment 2 for the details of administrative measures). Entries are allowed but not exits. Gatherings are strictly forbidden.

3. If confirmed COVID-19 infections are detected in any area of Nansha District, measures will be taken in line with stipulation 1. In this notification.

4. Apart from the aforementioned areas under lockdown or restricted administration, strict health administration will be implemented across all other areas. Residents are advised to stay at home and avoid going out unless necessary. Implement a closed-loop management between home and office (see attachment 3 for the details of administrative measures).

5. To facilitate universal PCR testing, all buses, metros, ferries, and long-distance coaches will stop operating starting from 14:00 June 5, 2021. Residents are advised to stay inside Nansha District unless your circumstances are exceptional. All channels departing Nansha including express ways, high speed rails and ferry terminals are temporarily closed. Resumption of services will be announced separately.

The above measures will be adjusted on a dynamic basis according to COVID-19 risk evaluation results. We seek your understanding, support, and cooperation for the disruptions and inconveniences caused to your life in the time of lockdown and restricted administration. Together, we shall win this battle against COVID-19!

In the event of emergencies, please seek help from local communities (village committees).
