Zhan Decun, director of the Guangzhou municipal government's foreign affairs office, met up with a delegation of four led by Vu Viet Anh, the consul general of Vietnam in Guangzhou, on May 26.

The both sides exchanged in-depth views on areas such as boosting communication and cooperation between Guangzhou and Vietnam in education and culture, and promoting the establishment of friendly city relations between Guangzhou and Hanoi, capital of Vietnam.
