Guangzhou and Tyumen, Russia forged ties in the China-Russia Youth Business Incubator Project during an online exchange held on Dec 15.

A total of eight companies from China and Russia promoted and discussed their cooperative projects during the event. These projects mainly covered areas spanning technology, environmental protection, e-commerce, health care, online education, and tourism.

It is expected to push forward deep communication between incubators in Guangzhou and Tyumen, while promoting business cooperation between the two cities in the future.

This year's exchange activity was held online for the first time and has launched new functions, such as the online community, which only requires simple registration to let users like youth entrepreneurs from China and Russia become members of the community.

It is expected that more China-Russia exchange activities will be carried out online, allowing youths from China and Russia to participate regardless of time and location constraints. 

Guangzhou has undertaken the exchange activities of the China-Russia Youth Business Incubator Project for three consecutive years since 2018. A total of 46 youth entrepreneurs have participated in the event since 2018, reaching more than 40 cooperation intention agreements.

Guangzhou will further support the development of the China-Russia Youth Business Incubator Project to turn it into a distinctive international exchange platform of Guangzhou's, as well as to attract more innovation and entrepreneurship projects of China and Russia youths to settle in Guangzhou.
