Guangzhou announced that there were no new patients infected by the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) on Feb 27, and that a total of 10 patients have recovered and have been discharged from hospitals on the same day.

By the end of Feb 27, Guangzhou has reported a total of 346 COVID-19 patients, of which 74 are in Baiyun district, 66 are in Haizhu district, 45 are in Tianhe district, 40 are in Panyu district, 35 are in Yuexiu district, 21 are in Liwan district, 21 are in Huadu district, 18 are in Huangpu district, 17 are in Zengcheng district, eight are in Nansha district, and one is in Conghua district.
